We guarantee that your CD and DVD disc duplicates and replicates will be bit by bit digital copies of your master or we will replace them for free.  We guarantee that the art will match the proofs you approved or we will redo the work at no charge.

We stand behind our commitments and guarantee that you will be satisfied.  We make every effort to do the job right the first time. Our longstanding clients understand that  we are human, as are our vendors (and sometimes our equipment acts human - rebellious adolescent type human. Inevitable despite our investing in excellent equipment.) so once in a while something goes wrong. We guarantee to take full responsibility for our mistakes and to make every effort to make things right.  One memorable example - resulting in a surprised but happy customer - involved a pickup truck, Amtrak rail, commuter rail, city bus, flatbed tow truck, taxi cabs and a yellow rickshaw...

We guarantee not to confuse you with meaningless terms like 100% money-back guarantee or unconditional guarantee since those are invariably followed by provisos subtracting from the 100%.

Turn times are not guaranteed

Our guarantee covers everything we can control.  Unfortunately that does not extend to delivery services, our vendors (although we pick the best) or the weather.  Therefore, the turn times we provide are only estimates - as realistic as we can be. We work with you to establish your deadlines and allow for possible delays. We are not liable for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential damage or losses.  

Color matching is not always guaranteed

Some print methods do not allow us to match your colors as closely as others.  For example, printing on a hard disc surface may not match the same color printed on paper, and even paper varies from one type to another.  We will gladly advise you on your print method and help you choose the most suitable one.
