Turn
times are not guaranteed
Our guarantee covers everything we can control. Unfortunately that does not extend to
delivery services, our vendors (although we pick the best) or the weather. Therefore, the turn times we provide are only
estimates - as realistic as we can be. We work with you to establish your deadlines and allow for possible
delays. We are not liable for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential
damage or losses.
Color
matching is not always guaranteed
Some print methods do not allow us to match your colors as closely
as others. For example, printing on a
hard disc surface may not match the same color printed on paper, and even paper
varies from one type to another. We will
gladly advise you on your print method and help you choose the most suitable
one.
