Jeff Starfield
Jeff launched CD Works in 1993 in the pioneer days of CD-R. He is a co-founder of the International Disc Duplicating Association and has been a regular speaker at industry conferences. Before that he started and ran Ruggles Restaurants, a chain of table service pizza restaurants, and Baby Watson, a sandwich and dessert chain.

Jeff's expertise is in finding creative solutions to customer problems and he supplements this with PDF authoring for our clients. He is the only known field hockey playing CD duplicator. With BA, BSc and MBA degrees behind his extensive experience with cheesecake, pizza and CDs, Jeff has a particularly well-rounded background.

Elissa has been applying her eagle eye to the company bookkeeping since 1997. Her attention to detail and highly honed English skills have prevented many an error and saved many a customer's typos from going to press. Before joining CD Works, Elissa worked in the Boston music and club industry. After graduating from Syracuse University with a BS degree, Elissa interned at a weekly arts and entertainment newspaper. Her son Zeke has taken early retirement from his unpaid internship at CD Works where he spent much of the first two years of his life.

Kerin Putnam
Kerin joined CD Works in July 2004, bringing with him over six years of experience in solution sales in the telecommunications industry. His experience ranged from small up and coming phone companies to massive enterprises like Qwest Communications where he was a star performer. As Business Development Manager, he is charged with new client acquisition, account management and devising custom media solutions.
Years ago, Kerin dropped out of a university that he still refuses to name, but brought along with some training in graphic arts from his High School days. His communications training includes DS-0, DS-1, DS-3, ISDN, Frame Relay, VPN and SONET systems. All of which are completely useless to him here, but he has a similar collection of CD and DVD acronyms for our customer's enjoyment.
